   You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. You agree to cooperate with our staff and respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation. You may be required to register to upload tax-related and personal documentation using our third-party platform, FileShare. As such, you agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Fees and Payments
   Our fees for tax services are based on the complexity of your tax situation. All fees must be paid in full prior to the filing of your tax return. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and checks.

4. Confidentiality
   We take the privacy and confidentiality of your personal and financial information very seriously. All client data is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your express consent.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

5. Limitation of Liability
   Prado Tax Services will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of our services or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services provided.

6. Governing Law
   These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Alameda County.
